The perfect starting point for children and adults — learn to read Arabic letters and begin the Quran with correct pronunciation from day one.

For Every Learner
“The one who recites the Quran and struggles with it, to him are given two rewards.”
[Sahih al-Bukhari & Muslim]
Where Every Journey Begins

What is Noorani Qaida?

Noorani Qaida is the foundational booklet that teaches Arabic letters, their pronunciation points (makharij), vowel marks, joining letters, and basic recitation rules — all before the student opens the Quran. It is the gateway to reading the Quran correctly.

Arabic Alphabet

All 28 Arabic letters are taught individually — their shape, name, and pronunciation point — building the foundation for everything that follows.

Harakaat (Vowel Marks)

Fatha, Kasra, Damma, Sukoon, Tanween — the vowel system that brings Arabic letters to life. Students learn to read marked Arabic text with fluency.

Joining Letters

Arabic letters change shape depending on where they appear in a word. This essential skill is taught step by step until reading connected text becomes natural.

Designed for Children (Age 4+)

Noorani Qaida uses colour, rhythm, and repetition — ideal for young learners. Our tutors for children are trained in child-friendly teaching methods.

Perfect for Adult Beginners

Adults who have never read Arabic before find Noorani Qaida the most effective introduction — clear, systematic, and respectful of the adult learner’s needs.

Fast Track to Quran Reading

Most students complete Noorani Qaida in 2–4 months and are reading the Quran independently — the fastest route for absolute beginners.

What Your Child (or You) Will Learn

1

Individual Arabic Letters

Each letter introduced with its name, shape in all positions, and correct pronunciation from the throat, tongue, lips, or nasal cavity.

2

Letters with Harakaat

Adding fatha, kasra, damma and sukoon to letters — transforming single letters into readable syllables for the first time.

3

Joined Letters & Words

Learning how letters connect within words — one of the most exciting milestones when the student reads their first real Arabic word.

4

Short Quranic Verses

By the end of Noorani Qaida, students practice on short Quranic phrases — making the transition to Quran reading smooth and confident.

5

Graduation to Quran Reading

The student is now ready to read the Quran — and moves directly into the Nazra or Tajweed course to continue their journey.
